Do You Utilise Discreet Packaging?

We understand the need for discreet packaging and we also understand that we will be sending deliveries of confidential items potentially to a work or neighbour’s address. For this, reason, all of our packagings is discreet and there is no branding on any of the packaging used to deliver your item.

What Should I Do If I Experience Side Effects?

FOR ALL MEDICAL EMERGENCIES PLEASE CALL 999 OR YOUR LOCAL HOSPITAL/GP SURGERY OR CALL 111 FOR  NHS EMERGENCY SERVICES. IT IS ALWAYS IMPORTANT TO REPORT SIDE-EFFECTS NO MATTER HOW SMALL OR INSIGNIFICANT AS THIS HELPS REINFORCE THE SAFETY PROFILE OF THE MEDICATION THAT YOU ARE TAKING. 

In the unfortunate event that you experience any side-effects to any medication, whether it is a medication supplied from our pharmacy or any other prescribed medication –  the first point of contact should be your local GP or our pharmacy team. They will be able to advise you immediately of the next steps to take. The pharmacy team can be contacted by using the details on the Contact Us page.

Some medications will only cause minor side-effects whilst some could be slightly more harmful and it is therefore advisable to always keep the packaging of any medication that you are taking, to help other healthcare professionals identify the exact strength and formulation taken. If you are concerned please do not hesitate to contact us, as we are always available to help, or if you would like to report the side-effects yourself you can do so by using the MHRA Yellow Card Drug Reporting Form available via the following link: https://yellowcard.mhra.gov.uk

Why Do We Have To Answer Questions?

Even though these are non-prescription medicines, you are required to answer what we call the WWHAM questions, these will then be checked by our senior pharmacist to make sure the medication is safe for you.

Do I Need A Prescription To Order?

No. You do not require a prescription to order P or GSL Medicines, however our pharmacists will ask a few questions.
